Great staff. Private entrance makes you feel you are in a boutique hotel even though you are still part of the Mandalay Bay resort. The absolute best location for attending events at Allegiant Stadium.

Food caked on the phone next to the bed, food on the floor along bed (cashews and a chicken wing bone), bathtub was dirty like someone stepped in with dirty feet. I wouldn’t come back if I had a choice but it was a work trip. Moving forward I’ll be suggesting other locations to host.

The facilities were wonderful. We ate at the Citizens restaurant several times for breakfast and lunch. We were there for a on site convention.

Was at Delano for convention. Hotel was very clean, elevators were fast, staff was awesome. Bottle Water was ridiculously priced!!

Very clean, beautiful hotel. Close to everything, lots of good restaurants and things to do. Good value for your dollar.
